Heres a picture with 26 and a picture of 28
Now I see whats wrong my 275/40/17s are about 25 1/2 tall, reason why I was into rev limiter.

Buffalo.NY I race at Empire Raceway in a all Mustang Club .
We use a Pro Tree. This is the class I'm in.
2. Street Limited: 306CID limit. Factory 5.0, 4.6, 4.0 block or any stock Mustang engine available appropriate after 1979. Motor must be period correct. (i. e., Fox Mustang will only be allowed a 302 based motor.) No power adders or stroker motors allowed. Bolt-on cars with mild engine modifications ONLY. Full factory interior, no bare floor pans showing. Must be covered in carpet. Rear seat delete kit is acceptable. Current registration and inspection required. (NO Dealer Plates) mufflers are mandatory. No mini-tubbed cars. 3100 lbs
