Shane, I really hope you keep it and enjoy it. If you get rid of it you will always look back and regret letting it go. Even if you put miles on it, keep it, that is why they were built. If you really needed to sell it for other financial reasons that is different.

i agreed to the purchase over the phone with them, hammered out all the detials. it took me about 2.5 hours to get to the dealer, buy time i got there all i needed to do was sign the forms. whiel waiting for the finance guy to get done with teh other peopel we went to look at teh car and that is when i saw it was 0001. i had already "bought" the car i just needed to sign. they already had my downpayment and everything.
BTW- my Q4 is avialble at jordan ford in san antiono, you need to move fast though, it is a msrp car and you can change if for soem reason you dont want teh fastest color - CO R/T

Congrats Shane. If anything, this story is ammunition for you other Boss 302 buyers to negotiate with your dealers. When they ask for anything more than $1500 over MSRP, direct them to this story and say "#0001 sold for $1500 over MSRP, I'm not paying a penny more!"

I could have never gotten away with that at the dealer I do biz with..their actually gear heads, and know about Stangs.
The Owner has a original cobra, the son a TT Hellion 08 GT500, and the senior sales manager has a 347 Fox, the 95 Cobra pace car, and a 11GT500 with fords 700HP whipple kit installed....One of the 3 LS they are getting is for one of them...
