they really do
look better in all-black (the wheels, that is). I wonder why that red car has all-black and the others seem to still have the silvery rim?

Good question. I prefer the polished lip, though. Other thing is--those whels might just be coated in brake dust from repeated track flogging

A couple of test mules had all black wheels. Those are probably an extra set they had lying around so they could give the press fresh rubber.
