I was gone all day yesterday and did not have computer access but my Boss was delivered to the dealer yesterday morning and the Sales Manager is coming in at 10 this morning so I can get my car. I got some pics yesterday as I was near the dealer when he called and it is LS250. Pics to be posted soon.

You are right on the happy long weekend but I never thought I would say this....I have forgot about the holds and the 5 week shipping delay. I got behind the wheel what a dog then about 3 miles later I left a stop sign and holy crap the car came to life and the front end came up about 4 inches and at that time I forgot about all the wait and aggravation and now it is a non-issue. Anyone waiting for a car it is worth the wait.....I know easy for me to say but it is. I have LS 250 silver and red, when going down the road it seems everyone is looking.

True dat. I keep logging in to see a Silver Boss LS in natural surroundings.

 

As of today, FCS says that my ETA is gone, and the car is listed as "sold."

Have no idea what that means.

 

If you're lucky that means it was delivered to your dealer.

 

I guess I would expect a phone call, if that was the case, to be honest.

Update:

FCS says the car is delivered. My car dealer buddy is saying 'that's interesting, because it hasn't shown up yet.'

 

He did as soon as we got back to the shop here. He was so embarassed!! LOL. **** dealer drilled his bumper before he could stop them and he was trying to make the best of it as the LS is more or less his daily driver. Here in SoCal, there are more and more tickets being given out for no front plates so that they can nab you with the intersection cameras My truck was ticketed for no front plate while parked on the curb in front of my house!! BASTARDS!

 

Keep calling the dealer! Mine didn't call me immediately when the car came in. It arrived in a NJ train depot sat afternoon. I waited till wed night to call the dealer, and he goes it just got here. For some odd reason (their lack of info throughout this whole deal), I highly doubt it!
