I know that Deysha is doing her best and I appreciate it so don't take this as being directed at her in any way. Ford seems to have no clue as to what 'Customer Service' means. If they were buying something from me, do you think they would let me get away with telling them 'I don't know'? Of course not. I am done. I am outa here. You must have missed it but Mike's was delivered yesterday and I believe he picked it up after work. Since our cars were built on the same day I'm wondering why his was shipped and mine is still at ramp 51.

haha ok cool. I'll shoot you a PM next week to see if the car completed production on-schedule and if it's moved to shipment. Supposedly it was scheduled to be built this week.

I know how many requests you must get from all of us so I just wanted to know if there was a way to get the info without taxing you too much.

Is mine on the top ship as well. My dealer told me last week that it was at 5P and should ship soon so can you enlighten me as to what, if anything, happening. You have been GREAT to us here and I think Ford should let you train others as to what customer service is. I know I have been getting upset but not with you but with the system you have to work with.

My rig is supposed to be in transit now, ETA still scheduled for Saturday. The lady at FCS could not give me a rail car number, so I don't know how to track my car.....

The light bar has been installed and the front/rear facsias came into the dealership today. Now all I am waiting for is the facsia fog lights. After everything gets installed, I will post some pics.

 

Your update will state "In Transit" even sitting at ramp 51. Has yours moved to ramp 5P?

 

Don't know. All I got was "in transit" and my ETA still being 7/2.

Today I was told that the ETA is moved to 7/19 and the updates had been done in 20 days, so he was going to 'prioritize' it. I do not have any idea what that means. Still no rail number showing.

Can you check this Deysha? Please? I have tried not to pester you, since I figure you have enough on your plate.

 

Dealer just mentioned my car is being built TODAY , but that the ETA pushed back to 7/18 from 7/11. No big deal.
