Finally got the 3/4 discs installed (thanks Scott!). Everyone standing around my car, including myself has been very pleased to hear the rumble.
The best way to describe the difference is to imagine the sound of a tom-tom drum vs tin can. Very nice!

I was exaggerating a bit - but the sound improvement is significant: a lot more rumble than before.

For anyone thinking about getting discs on the larger size, I have a set of 1 inch discs that were used for testing and the video. Can't sell them as new but there is nothing wrong with them and will work fine. $10 for them with any other order, example, get a set of 7/8's at $27 with shipping and these would only add $10 more.

Just wanted to post a thank you to Scott as well as a recommendation to anyone that might be considering purchasing the discs.

Scott responded promptly to my PM and sent the discs out the day after he received payment.

The installation is very simple. Anyone can do it. I was even able to do it without putting the car on ramps or lifting it at all, but I have pretty long arms.

And of course the sound is AWESOME.

As the production ends on the Boss soon I will also be looking to end this aftermarket disc project. Sales have slowed down so I will sell the remaining sets I have left.

I do plan on ending selling these discs, sales have slowed way down. However I did order some more 3/4's to have as the last of the other sizes sell out. They have been the most popular.

At the same time I ordered some 5/8's for a member that asked special for them so I order two extra sets with the 3/4's. This is not a sales tactic to sell more and I do not plan to order any more, sorry.

What is left
no blanks
4 sets of 1/2
2 sets of 5/8
10+ 3/4
9 sets 7/8's
3 sets of one inch

The 5/8's and 3/4's will not ship until end of this week or beginning of next week.

I'm very happy with my 3/4's that I got second hand. Now you know you are going to end up getting requests for some even after you have sold out. Is there a way you can pass along the torch to someone else once your existing stock is gone? There are plenty of guys with GTs that are installing the Boss Quad pipes on their cars, so my guess is that there's always going to be a market for this to some degree.

You could just get blanks, and perhaps have a small punch in the metal for a guide for the customer to drill out the desired diameter? That way you just have a one size fits all moving forward. Take orders during the entire month and then ship them all out the end of the month to cut down on the hassle. This could be a relatively easy job for a teenage relative if you had a son or daughter, niece or nephew to learn how to run a small enterprise provided you thought it was worthwhile?

Thanks again for providing this wonderful product, if you decide to hang it up, modders will be forced to buy OEM plates from Ford and then drill them out or fab up their own.

Thank you and everyone else for the comments posted over time. It was a pleasure to deal with so many fellow Boss owners.

It looks like Rick (5 DOT 0) will take over selling them. Give him some time to get setup with these, I am sure he will post up when ready. The money will be put toward a great cause by helping keep the other forum running. So it looks like everyone will be able to keep those originals to put back in the car 40 years from now for the local cruise night

I can hear the kids now - Daddy cars really use to run on gas .... and were fast?
