Right now there is nothing to suggest that the tune caused any problems. There was one owner that said he had an engine knock combined with a cylinder misfire code and a second - second hand report. It can not be assumed this would be Trackey's fault. Even if these are problems are real it will take a while to determine if Trackey had anything to do with the problems.
While it might be something to think about I am very skeptical there will be a connection. I have run the Trackey without any problems, well besides the same problems as before (codes, CELs, etc).

TK might not be the cause of the problem. But there is no point in me getting it right now since the car will soon be put to bed for the winter. I can use the winter months to see how those running TK are making out.

Like most Boss owners, I have been following the whole TK saga.
I never bought my Boss for TK, was never a concern or a selling point, even with the Ford marketing hype. I am quite pleased with the car as it is & will never look back. May get TK next spring, or I may still look at an aftermarket tune. I would go with the TK first vs. aftermarket due mainly to the warranty concerns.
Many feel that they got short-changed by Ford, even perhaps 'lied' to. Been enough debates on the issue. Myself, I'm just glad I got to own another one of these cars. Will be my last chance if Ford only makes the Boss every 40yrs or so.

I think it is interesting that there is a small number of people that are dissatisfied with Trackey and seven times more people that are happy, yet the number of people not getting because of reviews is also a good amount?
I hope people will continue to vote but I will just concede I am wrong and more on from here. It appears I expected too much from this program and Trackey delivers to the majority what it was suppose to. Numbers don't lie even if I personally would to see the vote count higher seven times more satisfied people is a lot.
Having admitted I am wrong I would still like to hear continued reviews from people that like it and what it is really doing. More then things like the engine brake at parking lot speed is really pronounced. I am not being a sore loser saying things like that but I want to see real facts and figures. I would like to see future reviews on how it lowers track times, saves on brakes and braking points etc. I have done my best to test and post what I could. Now it is up to people who are more experienced and better drivers then I to please post up.

I have now used the Track key on the track.I think its great .Engine breaking was very nice .The car did not throw any codes.Overall The car just felt like it had better throttle response.I am very pleased .The launch control is a hoot .Made me giggle with joy!The pit speed I will use when my son drives!
Nice job Ford!

I want it, and most likely will get it, but I'd like to see people crack it and be able to tune it. I'd like a tune for the car with mods and be able to add those mods to the track key tune.

Were you nervous at all? I'd be nervous with other people close to me on the track.
