Is there a link where you type in the number and it gives back specific options, part numbers, etc (I'm thinking OASIS) that is available to us?

Is it somewhat surprising they recommend installing the front splitter for track use? I mean certainly there are several mods that will make the car faster on the track, but I found it curious that they listed this almost as a "must have". I planned on the brake cooling kit, and wasn't aware of the trans scoop, but will buy that and it makes sense. However, I was planning to track it a few times before deciding on the front splitter. The Boss 302Rs in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge aren't running it.

I'm with you on the front splitter. It looks cool and I see the utility of it, but I think in the scheme of things it would be on of the last things I buy. Unless of course I hear about the tremendous improvements it makes for the weekend racers like me.

While that might be a class spec thing most aren't even running the Boss splitter. Here's a link to an article that has photos of the cars from testing before the first race. Also note nobody is running the LS rear spoiler although some do have the Boss rear spoiler. For the Boss cars that want more rear downforce I still think the GT500 rear spoiler is going to be the way to go.

I hope some of the Ford Racing guys stop by and explain this.

Sounds like we're thinking alike on this. I'd sure like to hear more about why it made it on the track prep list........ Also curious why not the rear spoiler as I thought they were designed to wprk together.

I'll bet a dollar the reason why they used the CS and not the GT500 rear spoiler is because of the Shelby connection.
