I think they should have deleted the AC and radio on the LS. The regular Boss is fine the way it is.

And I'd have like to have seen Ford put a watts link on a factory car too. This would have been the perfect very low production track car to put it on.

Until something happens to the alarm or one of the sensors out of warranty and the car is completely or partially disabled. A more complex alarm just adds another level of complexity and more expense when things start going wrong down the road. No thanks, especially on a car liek the BOSS.

Really? You're saying you'd rather forgo something as simple as a dome light module and a wire harness? It's really not that complicated.

Yes, absolutely I'd rather do without it.

I'm a big fan of LoJack. Much better than having a factory alarm, IMO.

No kidding. Not to mention it's something that's been available since 05, and we're not hearing about any problems with them here.

Recaro seats/Torcen diff, trim type 947 is suggested at $1995 (don't have dealer cost). Boss accessory package, option code 97B for the floor mats and car cover is suggested at $495.

Yes, but that's not terribly relavent on a car that'll sell for MSRP (or possibly more). More importantly, I'm not a liberty to release that info - sorry.

I bought a Ford brand custom car cover and floor mats for my then new Cobra at just above cost and if I remember right the cover was ~150 and the mats about 70-80.
Now that was 10 years ago so if you adjust that for the price incease over the years. I would think that the going price has some profit in it. After thinking about it, I thought that it would be worth it to have the geniune items. My thoughts anyhow - I included them in the order.
Now my goal is to get the Red Key!!!

Invoice is usually around 10% less, give or take a few dollars.

Is that right or are they all low production?
Base Boss 500A is slated at 5% of all 2012 Mustangs; LS model is slightly less than 1%.

In terms of 'limited availability' keep in mind that the 2007-2009 California Specials were also about 5% of production.

No I haven't. Since I'm no longer going to get one I haven't really been trying to find out. I still think it will be about 7k more than US pricing.

I will concede that 10% is just about correct for the Boss 302 goodies, but that's all I'm gonna say about that.....
