That is great news Mark, you are going to be blown away my friend when you get it.
I got 5 bucks that says you are no. 8
That will make 6, 7, 8, and 9 here!
Then I got another 5 that says the YB is faster

I read something about the first 50 MY vin's were all LS's (from PT?) but then they were put off, set aside or whatever you call it, so the data plates will be higher numbers. Maybe someone has more info on that. Did you car get built on the 14th?
I don't think that is correct about the LS's. There is a dealership in Michigan that got 0001 and it was a LS.
On edit - Now that I think of it, the VIN was 0001 but I don't know what the plate number was so you could be right.

Those discs are just in the side dumps of the exhaust. They don't really have much exhaust going through them...they are there mostly for the sound. Taking the discs out(3 15mm bolts) or putting them in will just change the tone of the sound some. Shouldn't affect back pressure much or anything like that.
The first 50 LS's all have window stickers with build days before 2/15. Since we know that cars 0006-0007, etc. were built on the 15th, clearly the first 50 were rescheduled. To when, who knows?
