At probably $100k, a KR wouldn't be relevant anyways. I just want to see a couple bad *** models that a working class chump can have some fun in.

 

It would be more so a Cobra R variant, if it were to happen. I'm getting a GT350 if they offer the pano roof with it. Bottom line.

 

So according to some people who are right most of the time, the September reveal is false. Most people are referring to the production GT350 though, not a track variant. Like I said earlier, we found out about the Boss 302R, the track version before the production Boss 302. Maybe it's the same case. Just a guess however, my bet is still LA for the production GT350. We saw the 2010 Mustang and GT500's revealed their in the past.

 

They need the GT350R or FR500 or whatever they are going to call the new race car soon. Mustangs have been getting schooled by Kias in the Pirelli World Challenge and they are weak compared to the M3s and the Z28R in the IMSA CTSCC.

 

Or something like the 2015 which was at it's own reveal.
Nothing saying SVT can't do the same thing.

 

Its amazing the M3s are still relevant when they were released back in 2008.

 

Saw this on Facebook a few minutes ago:

 

The "cobra"... and probably the rear spoiler, hood, and side exhaust were photoshopped. The SVT will most likely have a quad exhaust. I guess the Boss 302 set-up with the side dump is possible, but I doubt it. I'm sure the SVT will also have better ground effects, with a lower front splitter and rear valance.

After looking at the pics again, I'd say most of it is fake... and a closer representation of the V6 rather than the speculated GT350.

 

Whoever put those rims on that car should find another job or hobby.

Ha! I definitely didn't look at that pic closely ... yeah, the Cobra badge looks photoshopped, as does the exhaust, rims, headlights, and God knows what else ...

I'm loving those clear taillights. haha Maybe whoever photoshopped it was going for the Mustang Hybrid! The Blue Edition.

 

God help us if that ever happened. Our lives would be pointless and no longer worth living.

But I wouldn't be surprised at some point in the future to see an AWD Mustang.

 

If it ever comes down to that, I will gladly take your mustang off your hands
