Why would you want a black hood on a Boss or Mach 1? Why would you want black stripes? Why would you want a black grill in the front?

Because it looks better, at least most think. Perhaps it would be better if it was an option since some folks don't like it.

 

The black on the back is retro, goes back to 67 only it was alum instead of plastic.

Seems like they did what they did with the 10, and changed and added many of the things people wanted to change on the previous cars and made it standard. Pretty bad ***

 

Black gives such a nice contrast. What is not to like about black on the back ? By the way Mike, that is a nicely done Mustang you have.

its called contrast and its needed to break up the color. It also helps to show off the curves.

 

Because it's a unique Mustang design cue.

Thanks. I got around town for a while before winter set in. The Missouri plate did stick out a little, but i had to get it changed. I hope to get a personalized Mich plate for next year. I went on the mustang cruise up scenic 22 with 32 stangs from the West Michigan Mustang Club. They already have it planned for next fall from the Sugar Beach Resort. You should get with us for that!!!

Seems like some people dont like the new stang. Its pretty sharp. I wish i could have one but its not in the cards for me. I`m happy to have my 05-6

That's true, I didn't even think about your out of state plate. I probably did see it, but dismissed it because. That would be cool doing the M22 run. I've done it in the past on my Harley when I still had it. I drive a ton for my job, so I see a ton of great roads and routes. I assume you have driven the Peninsula on Bluff Rd?
