Defog?

Does anyone have trouble defogging your windows when its humid outside? It took like 3-4 minutes for the AC to turn on and clear the windows.

Try those and see if it makes a difference.

My ST has a Max Defog button that sets all the settings for optimal defog. Does the Mustang not have this?

All other cars I have have any experience with just turn on the AC when you switch to defrost.

Agreed with above, turn Re-circulation Off for Defrost to work better. The cars with the Climate Control will not let you select Re-circulation when the Defrost is turned on.

Also, clean the windows at least 2-times. There is a film that builds up on the windows from the release of chemicals from the plastics, seats, and carpet, and this is always worse on brand-new cars (have owned 28-cars, of those, 15-cars were brand new) vs older or used cars. My experience is that this film seems to promote a worse fogging effect during the right conditions.

When I buy a new car I park it in my garage with the windows down to let the outgassing materials escape. Also I clean the windows (inside) regularly.
