We are getting ready to order my wife a 2016 EcoBoost Convertible. She is deciding between Shadow Black and Ruby Red. It's making out to be a harder decision than it should be.

Black is such a hard color to keep looking clean I would go with Ruby Red. It's a classy color that really pops in the sun light.

Most of the verts I see in my area are Race Red or Competion Orange with Deep Impact Blue also being very popular.

 

Don't kid yourself, I have RUby Red and it's just as hard as my black truck to keep clean.

 

This is my '14 Ruby Red convertible with the stone top and interior - a dynamite combination and I find it fairly easy to keep looking good.

 

Get Ruby Red. I have a 2014 GT in Ruby and it is unbelievable the colors that come out of this pearl paint. But Be Prepared when you go any where you will think your a Rock star. Best Color out there when it is Cleaned and the sun is out..

I have had a few Black Cars they are beautiful when first cleaned then they are terrible. They show everything. Never Again

Ruby Red...hands down.
My 2013 and 2015 Explorers were Ruby Red and just melted when I saw my current GT on the lot

 

Emberglo. Do it. Paint it to be Emberglo. You'll be glad you spent the many thousands more to get this done.
