I am certainly happy I bought an early build EB. It will be two years old in Oct (Built Oct 2014) and has perfect panel fitment, no paint flaws, and no squeaks or rattles. It averages 28-32 mpg and the A/C could freeze meat at 100 degrees outside temp, which was today, again. Dealer service has also been great for the two recalls and my normal oil/filter service. No other warranty work has been required.

Good afternoon everyone. Bought my 2017 Mustang GT last weekend and I love it! I just noticed though on the passenger side door, that it sticks out more than the driver's side which appears to be flush. I have checked the door to see if it's completely closed obviously... but its still sticking out a bit.

See the attached pics. I've heard that this could fall under the manufacturer's warranty, and I plan on taking it to the dealership...I would love some feedback from you guys though.

EDIT: top is driver's side which is flush, bottom is passenger's side which appears to be sticking out.

Is this a common issue among S550 Mustangs? Is it fixable or will it take extensive body work? Any feedback would be awesome!

Thanks

Mine is the exact same way, I was thinking of having dealer body shop adjust, but then figured just leave it alone. My luck it would come back with some issue as a result of trying to fixing it..

I've notice a few body fitment problems, like the front headlight on my passenger side fits tighter toward the grill side of the light(vertical) compared to the drivers side. My rear bumper on passenger side isn't flush with the metal part of the body. Both problems Not real bad, but I notice them

Yeah I still want it fixed though. I am somewhat hesitant to have anyone mess with it but since it's brand new I feel like they should fix it.
