Some S550's in the same color (or not) with different configurations just doesn't do anything for me. At the end of the day, while approaching my S197 to go home, I think, yeah.... I made the right decision on ordering the S197 over the S550.
I'm sure the that by the time I'm ready to retired my S197 and trade it in, the S550 will be no more and the Mustang will be a completely refreshed vehicle resulting in this whole debate all over again.
Either way, its nice to see others enjoying the new Mustang.
But you're right, the S550 attracts a different crowd. Glad someone is liking the new car

There's no compelling reason for me to want one yet so my '14 is staying put for a while. But I can't think of a reason not to get an S550 should it become a possibility....GT Premium rag top naturally.
I've since seen a convertible in CO, and I think that color works better on the coupe. I'd like to see a GT 'vert in Guard.

I'm not seeing a whole lot of 'em, but I've heard Ford is knocking them dead with sales. They seem to be very popular in California from what I've heard.

I second and third that. I also waited to see what the S550 looks like, and as soon as I saw production intent cars I pulled the trigger on the '14. I'm also very happy about that decision. But you're right, the S550 attracts a different crowd. Glad someone is liking the new car
