2015 Photoshop/Rendering Thread
I have no problem with S550 taking inspiration from Aston Martin (they, for me, are the most beautiful cars on sale presently) but the problem with using a photograph of the Vanquish as a starting point is.........the end result still looks like a slightly modified Vanquish
Don't get me wrong, that's a great render (much better than anything I could ever achieve) but I think when we see the real thing, there won't be such an obvious Aston influence. Hope that makes sense.
For what its worth though, if you've seen some of the concept drawings, I'm very jealous

Future? This is a Aston DBS renders on the Vanquish.
In any case, I like it. I want an evolved modern Mustang rather than a completely new direction.

Would the OP care to verify his assessment that the 50th Anniv model will be the new body style?
When you guys look at the 2015, you have to imagine that this is what the mustang would have been if not for the introduction of the retro style in 2005. I think its a good step, very modern looking lines.
You can't compare retro to modern.

What Ford choses to release as the 50th anniversary model is not something I can definitively say, because I don't really know. But I'm almost certain the MY 2015 will be the "50th Anniversary" edition car just as has reported . The 2014.5 car, IMO, is a myth.
Again, I've only see concept renderings and a few models, so how Ford choses to label and market the car isn't concrete information I have.

So you took an AM, and traced a GT500/2013 style front with some different lights.
I'd guess its about as close as all the other chops out there that utilize the same style/shaped grille with portions and lines all wrong.
What's the back look like?
