who do I call

when I bought my Mustang I had the dealer change the normal GT spoiler out for a california edition spoiler. The srewed up the paint on the new spoiler and bent the heck out of my trunk lid taking off the original spoiler. I took the car back to have them fix the paint on the new spoiler. They put two more dents in the trunk. The dealer said he would TRY to fix it if I wanted it fixed but he thought it was OK.
Who do I call to get this fixed somewere else. I love the car but this dealer is killing me and I think if I have him fix it the car will end up worse.

you talk to the service manager at the dealer and call ford directly and report the dealer..

Your dealer did this? Looks like a child did this, to me. I would call the higest people at Ford Motor Company i could find and tell them about this and show them pictures also. This is uncalled for in my opinion................................

If you don't get anywhere with the service manager , contact the district manager and show him the car. Maybe he would agree to replace the trunk lid.

The service manager said they will try to fix it (bondo and new paint I think) but not a new lid. He also thinks I should just live with it becasue the new spoiler will conver MOST of it.

I would start at Ford customer service. If you cant get the info from them then I would call another local dealers service department and just inquire who the district manager is. It really shouldn't be hard to find out.

Dealer decided to replace the deck and also replace the spoiler because the painted the whole thing blue intead of just the smooth top and sides

WOW, What a horror story! Good luck and I hope that the new decklid and spoiler are done correctly. Someone new will do the work, I hope.

Got the car back this week with new deck lid and spoiler. It looks perfect!!!!!
