Shaker 1000 issue
My 2 subs in the trunk have no sound coming from them.
What are the usual culprits? I would assume a wiring issue...
I took it to the dealer for the issue and they took a quick scan of the situation, they said they'll need a good hour or so to really prod through it all and determine if I just need a new unit or not.
Anyone else experience these not functioning properly?

Did you check that they were turned on? I can't remember exactly how to do it, but on the head unit you can change various settings and turning off the subs is one of them. Hope this helps.

Ha, thanks man. And yes I checked... they just, 'weren't working...' My guy at the service depart didn't bother looking into why... after playing with it and noticing it wasn't going to go on, he just swapped it out for a new unit in like 25 min... all under warranty.

Well I took it the dealer for an oil change and had them look at it during that time as well. They didn't want to fuss around. So he ordered the part that day- and the shaker came in 4 days later and I then went. So, actually it wasn't in stock by them.
But the way I worded it I can see the confusion...
