Rear seat stitching.

Started coming out a few months ago but couldn't do much about it with me moving. Monday I took it too the local dealer. Letter came today Claim denied. Stitching coming out due to "outside source", like what, someone sitting in it. That's an outside source. It shouldnt come out at all unless I pull it out on purpose.

Got Call from Customer Service 2 weeks ago but I was headed out of town. Yesterday I got another call From Customer Service AND the New Service Manager at the Dealer. Took the car to them and the Manager said "They seriously denied this? There's no other marks (i.e. scratches) that would suggest any outside source did this." He took more pics too send in

So looks like I will be getting it fixed. Will find out Mon/Tues.

Thank You Deysha

Took car in, they pulled rear seat out 2 days ago. Dealer handed it over to a local upholster shop. Replaced thread and got seat back today. Not sure why that seemed so hard to do the first time. I didnt need a new seat just the stitching fixed.

Awesome job by the new Manager there.

Sometimes the employees just need a nudge in the right direction. Glad it got fixed.
