One month.
What should I do if my dealership/Ford is taking over a month to fix my car? It's a 2013 Mustang that just hit 27,000 miles. The dealership never really explained the issue, but I know for sure its overheating.

First, why start a new thread, when you have this one:

Already going?
But beyond that, ask to have the issue explained, and explained well. Ask to be taken to see the car to see the problem yourself. Elevate to a Ford district manager if you're not being helped. Talk to Deysha here (FordService) and she may be able to help.
But really, a little thin on the details to recommend anything else. Did you get a free rental? Did you get an estimate on the time to complete? Were you told there's a parts issue, and what part it is? TSB information?
