One month.

What should I do if my dealership/Ford is taking over a month to fix my car? It's a 2013 Mustang that just hit 27,000 miles. The dealership never really explained the issue, but I know for sure its overheating.

First, why start a new thread, when you have this one:
https://themustangsource.com/forums/...e-ford-539165/

Already going?

But beyond that, ask to have the issue explained, and explained well. Ask to be taken to see the car to see the problem yourself. Elevate to a Ford district manager if you're not being helped. Talk to Deysha here (FordService) and she may be able to help.

But really, a little thin on the details to recommend anything else. Did you get a free rental? Did you get an estimate on the time to complete? Were you told there's a parts issue, and what part it is? TSB information?

I do apologize, I just realized that I can add or edit my older post. Can a mod delete this thread, please? Thank you. I'll add more details to the original post.

Escalate through Ford or talk to a lemon law lawyer. 30 days in the shop usually qualifies you for lemon law protection.

Thanks again for the mention, houtex! He's already in contact with us via Twitter and has been escalated.
