Drive Shaft Bolt

So a drive shaft bolt fell out while I was driving.Lucky I was approaching a stop light. The car is a 06 with only 18k miles on it.Ya think someone at the factory didn't do their job? And of course its out of warranty now.Well I guess the bright side of this is I now have a aluminum drive shaft now.

Just one bolt fell out? Did it cause a vibration?
