What did the dealer change? Front lower control arm bushing? Both sides? I wonder.. or top mount suspension?

same here. I have the front lca replaced with revison B for my 2012 V6. It fixed the problem for then but the noise comes back within one year.

For my car, it is always the passenger side getting the noise then the driver side. I will wait both sides get noise before I go to dealer. Otherwise only one side get replaced. From what I have read, C series doesn't neither. The new parts can only work for a few months. I am disappointed at Ford about this.

As far as I know, it is the bushing making problem. But dealer will replace the whole LCA with bushing as part of it.

They will only replace the part giving trouble. You'd better convince they replace both sides or wait until both sides making the noise.

Hi alfaromeo,

I’d like to get this escalated to the customer service manager for you. Please PM me with your VIN, dealer, full name, mileage, and best daytime number so I can help.

Got both LCAs replaced today under the new TSB. All quiet. Took two weeks for the parts that were back ordered as promised. Hopefully they stay quiet.
