I'm dropping mine off next week to have the control arms and hardware replaced. I'm hoping they come out with a fix for the high pitch squeal from my rear now.

Deysha, thanks for the willingness to help. The service guys were very nice so I'll give them the opportunity to make the correction before an escalation is needed. You kept me updated during my ordering process, and here you are helping me again. Have I told you I LOVE YOU?!!!

The C series control arms seem to have fixed my problem. I've driven the car a couple times in 90+ degree weather with no squeaking or rattles.

What is the part number? I go in tues to get mine replaced, but they said they have them in stock, which makes me worry they have the previous series and not the new ones.

I had this same TSB done with the new C series control arms put in 2 weeks ago, and last week after driving in 70 degree weather the creak returned. The creak was faint, it wasn't as loud as before. Chances are the noise will become loud next Spring when it gets hot again.

Mine went from faint to unbearable. Now I feel it under acceleration and braking. I'm pretty upset about it. If the c serious doesn't do the job, I'll be even more upset.

I'll try to get the part numbers for ya tomorrow mikeyt. I've driven the car in 90+ degree weather since the TSB was done and the noises have not returned.

I'm bringing mine in Wednesday to get checked out, I'm so glad you guys have posted so much on this, it makes it easier to go in to the dealer knowing what's up and what needs to be done.

I got back a fews days ago from a deployment, and I was going to take my car in for this, but try as i might, i cannot replicate the grunt/squeak anymore. Maybe it has something to do with the car sitting on a peir next to the ocean for 4 months, maybe not...

I now have the C series control arms in, driving in to work I go over 8 speed bumps to get to employee parking - not one groan.... I hope it doesn't return next summer but so far so good.

Nice!! I also have this issue and will be bringing mine in. I assume everything was covered under warranty?

2012BLKV6, I’d like to get this escalated to the customer service manager for your area. Please make an appointment with your dealer and PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number so I can help get this resolved.
