2013 headlight issue

I'm having an issue where one of my headlights will switch back and forth between high and low beams. This is only when I have the high beams on. The problem light's projector has a noticeable film over it. When I look at the good headlight, the projector is clear. I know there is a loose connection, cause it will switch back and forth when I encounter bumps.

Part of me wants to take out the intake and take a look at it, but, I know I won't be able to clean the interior of the projector, so even if I do fix the erratic light, I still will have a slightly clouded projector. So I'd like ford to replace the housing/projector and whatever else is causing the issue.

Has anyone had anything similar occur?

I have not had a chance to take it in yet, and I'm not sure when I'll have the opportunity.

I had the same problem. Ford told me it was a normal characteristic of the new 5.0 headlight. Then they tried to fill it with an oil additive.
