Static and interference through radio

I've got a 2011 GT with nav an 17k miles built may 2010
Whenever I pause my music or movie I can clearly hear music or a radio interference. On startup I hear my radio "clicking" like free electricity cycling on and off. If I only have the volume at 1 on any media source though it's clear as day that there is some kind of static and a hint of music in the background.

Does anyone else experience this? I've tested a couple without nav and they are crystal clear "feedback" free but mine just is not.

Oh and side question do you have ambient lights in drivers footwell this is my second five oh and the first one did not and this one does

Are you the same person that just recently posted this? Do you know for sure what source is interfering? Is it always the radio? Or does it depend on what you were listening to last?

As far as the lighting goes...I believe it's still an optional accessory package.

I believe Ambient Lighting was an option on 08s and then became part of both premium packages (V6 & V8) from 09-present.
