Also what about size? Are you guys getting the 2" or 2.25"?
I've got a 2" **** and I think the size is right on. Kona Blue is pretty dark when it's not in the sunlight so some people may not even notice that the **** isn't black if they're not really looking at it. Even if your color were something much lighter, there's nothing wrong with having some contrast in your interior colors.

Alright so I've made up my mind with the colours. Kona blue it is, with silver engraving.

So you think "2 would be fine?

This is the shifter I have (just a picture I found online, I don't have that weird frame around it)

The car is in storage right now so I can't even go out and find out what the stock size is of that shifter. Anyone know?

and then my NEXT question is frosted, polished or black for the boot adapter? I've seen a healthy mix from the pictures posted here. My original gut feeling said get the polished one, to closely match the rest of the chrome interior. Then last night I saw some pics of the black adapter, and it tied it into the black of the boot pretty well. Not sure what to do

I just ordered the same ****, except in Kona blue... of course. Worried it might look strange with my brick red interior though.

I was going to get mine with the polished adapter. Then a friend suggested getting the frosted because the aluminum panels in the dash are a flat finish, not shiny. So I got frosted but now I wish I would have gotten polished.

Thanks very much for this.

About to place my order, going to get polished for sure now. Too bad they don't offer a "chrome" model, to match the trim around the boot perfectly...

They use to have Chrome....?
I have the black & the satin or frosted one. The satin/frosted matches the IUP perfect.
I prefer the black and havent had any issues with it.

2" is a good size. I think the 2.25" is BIG....

How long did it take you guys to get your orders from Grabberpony? I ordered one Jan 31st and haven't seen it yet. Just wondering if that's normal.

2-3 weeks if I recall. They are worth the wait.

If your worried ask up on their forum or call them.

I may be speaking out of turn here but i believe this is a side business for Mark the owner. I know that he spends time out of the country and and always comes through. I made an *** out of myself once by questioning his customer service and I am here to tell you that it is second to none. Great product and worth the wait.

I like the 2.0 ball the best and it fits my hand better. I have a polished adapter with a Mineral Grey ball and black adapter with a black ball.

I was going to get the frosted for the same reason. I went with the polished because of the polished trim ring around the shift boot and I'm glad that I did. Everyone that looks in my car comments on the shift ****.

Sterling Gray:

I'm ready to order mine but can't decide between black or sterling gray ****. I already sent them an email asking if they can do the tri-bar Mustang emblem and hoping they say yes.

I love it!!! Thats exactly what I wanted for mine! Black with the 5.0 logos on each side and 6spd pattern up top... trying to figure out now though if the OEM bolt pattern is the same as the Barton Short Shifter Bolt Pattern so that I can determine if I can use the same **** now on my OEM setup as I would like to when I can finally afford to spluge on the Barton Short Shifter.
