Adding the OEM nav
LEXiiON
OK!!!! So...the Harness is in, The Unit is in and IT WORKS!!!! Love it. BUT.....a few things to comment on.
1. Whoever said that you would have to "Man Handle" the main harness...Dude that's an understatement. So I beg anyone of you wanting to do this if you have the capabilities and the know-how REMOVE THE DASH!!! I mean this in the strongest meaning of the word. Other wise you will have to Gorilla handle that harness. and Since Ford does not like to deburr their metal you will end up with cuts on your hands, that's a promise.
2. As expected the air temp. is reversed. I will be buying the climate control harness soon to fix that issue. BUT... I am also having a problem with the air selection. I don't know if it is related to the harness or not but air does not come out of the main vents. If i select Front vent and Lower vent air somehow only routes to Lower vents and Windshield vents.
3.It Sounds Great....I assume because I have the Shaker 500 I don't need an Amp. because the sound is perfectly fine. I plugged the unit in and Voila!! music is playing!!!
4. I understand that the GPS module is no longer needed. and its funny because I have one part leftover and the new harness does not have a plug for it. So I ask is the GPS module (PART NUMBER: CR3T 19H464 CB)??? if not what the heck is it???? and Also...it is true I need the GPS splitter to make the GPS work properly right? cause the unit is telling me I'm in Georgia.....and I'm totally not in Georgia.
Other than that it looks and works great Pictures coming soon..

Yeah, it does, but I can't find any cables to plug into it. No clue where it is at. Guess I should check to make sure my footwell lights are working. Also, that is the GPS unit. Mine is currently sitting on the couch.
Currently trying to figure out why my heated seats don't work. Everything (except for the left plug) is hooked up, but when I press either of the heated seat buttons, nothing happens. All of the other controls work. I'm wondering if I do indeed need to flash the ACM for heated seat support. You'll need the GPS splitter otherwise there isn't a cable going to the ACM for it. Are all of the ports on the back of your ACM hooked up?

Yeah, the pink one is the one you need. There was a picture a number of pages back showing the cable you need. It's basically looks the same as the non-nav one, but has the pink connector with it. (https://themustangsource.com/forums/...9/#post6773321)
I was hoping that the seats would be plug and play and everything, but there is no response whatsoever, the lights don't even come on when I hit them. I figured that even if the ACM didn't know the seats were there, the panel should still light up.

. You might have something unplugged under the driver side. I would check all your connections again.Honestly even with the old harness in I plugged the Bezzle and the heated seats worked. and I had no ACM or screen. I can even hear it "click" activating
Double check that small plug thats on the side of the Bezzle. if the lights are not even tuning on its not getting power. The ACM has nothing to do with the heated seats

Alright!!!! I fixed the vent issue. Totally forgot to plug in the selector motor cable.... (Again I couldn't see it cause I didn't take the dash off) it's is very hidden.
I do have a question tho... There HAS to be a way to reverse the polarity of the climate control harness in order to make the temp controls not be inverted. Instead of having to buy a whole new harness, No??? Any thoughts?

C260 - pin 13 or 12
C311 - pin 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9
I can only suggest to look for power using a multimeter. There is nothing to reprogram to get your heated seats. If all connections are good, and everything is plugged in, then the only thing left is the relays are bad, the FCIM is toast, or the climate module is toast. Neither of those is likely, though.
You did get the climate module and switch it out, right? It sits right above the ACM. It should have 2 plugs that you connect to.

How many pins are in this? 4? If so, it is connector C215, and it should be plugged in. If it has 2 pins, it is C257 and is for clutch pedal position. But I am certain it is C215. I do not know what circuits it is for, though.

You could have a bent pin in a couple of locations:
C260 - pin 13 or 12
C311 - pin 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9

I did switch out the climate module. Everything about the climate (Auto, dual-zone, etc.) appears to work just fine, it's just the heated seats issue.

Thanks again for all your help.
Not, that is fine. I double checked. It should only have 3 pins. That is C215. I still don't what the circuits are for, though. Doesn't seem to be related to the heated seats, though.
As for your seats not working, I know this won't sound like a great option, but you may need to go through all plugs one by one. It may be possible you disconnected something you didn't need to and it was never reconnected?
Is the FCIM doing anything? Or just no illumination or heated seats?
What year Mustang is yours?

On the connector to the FCIM, power is pin 1 - the brown with red stripe wire. Ground is pin 4 - the black with grey stripe. The other two wires are for communicating with the PCM.
We need someone else to chime in, as I don't know what else could be your problem, assuming everything is connected. Unless C215 has something to do with this.

I'm pretty sure running through everything and making sure it's plugged in is my only option now. I've pretty much done that already, but I guess I just need to be more thorough.
Edit: I was going to run through the Pinpoint Test F from the shop manual, but apparently my logger doesn't support the PID for it. Doubtful that a random one from AutoZone is going to either so running there isn't going to help.
