I called, but the lady cold not help me. She said that they do not carry the unmarked button, only unmarked bezels, and I would have to do it through the website.

Ha, crazy day around here - I heard part of the conversation, but Lynn was unaware we had a few "unmarked" pieces hiding in our inventory, as they are not a normal stock item. She called you back, but ended up in your voicemail.

Either give us a call on Monday, or we can work it out via email and we'll be happy to get you taken care of on that.
