Can you still see to drive easily at night?

Yes, I don't have any visibility constraints with night driving.

I went to a local shop that has been around for years. I had them do my other car, and my truck back in 06. They recommended 20%, which I went with, and love. Its dark enough, but not too dark. I don't care for windows that appear to be black, and don't like them too dark, as I drive about 40 to 50 miles in the dark each day. Here, they don't get too picky about how dark your tint is, otherwise, I would have went lighter. They said that 20% what I have had on my other vehicles since '06, and I have had no problems, so I stayed with that.

20% is pretty dark.

Here's a chart that shows the performance of the different series of FormulaOne tint. As you see the darker you go, the more heat rejection you get. You also won't be able to see out or in as well, especially if you have a Nav unit lighting up the cabin. If you live in the city where the streets are lit, you will be able to see better at night with a darker tint. I live in a rural area and if I had 20, I wouldn't be able to see anything at night.

That's what I would do...I have 20% on the back 3 windows of my SN95, and I wish I did 30 all the way around.

Wasn't 20% dark enough for you?

Ok well i made my choice. 30% door windows, 20% on the doritos amd rear glass.
Still debating on gettin a tint brow on the windshield. Those of you that have it, what are your thoughts?
Does it help with the sun and block heat? Beause texas summers are pretty brutal and the inside of the car gets crazy hot sometimes even of i leave my windows cracked when i park

Ive riddin in a few cars that had that brow and definitely helped keep the sun from doin its damage on ya while youre stuck in the seat. But other than savin your lap and your eyes from the glaring sun, what else does it help cover/protect?

It doesn't hurt anything to have it, so what are we debating?

I've never paid anymore $ for it, just get them to throw it in the deal. Most places will do it for free just to get you as a customer.

You must have scraped the center windshield design off. Can you take a photo so I can see how that looks?
