As to your question, why does anybody else's opinion on cosmetic stuff on YOUR car matter to you? It's YOUR car, and you're building it for YOUR enjoyment, not mine.

 

All Gurney flaps technically "function". If you mean, "adjustable", no, they aren't adjustable.

Yeah, adjustable was what I meant, and actually, they are, but not in the way people typically think. The spoiler may come with the base GT500 Gurney Flap, and can be swapped for the GT500 PP Gurney Flap, which gives 20% more downforce and only 5% more drag.

To be honest others opinions had helped me make the choice not to do it. Someone gave me the idea to mock it up with a general idea of what it would look like with green painters tape. It turned out to be too much and didn't flow with the car.

If I would have just went with it, it would have been a mistake. So I'm glad I got opinions from other people.
