New 2013 GT owner hood scoop questions
I heard lots of good things about Cervini's hoods so I bought one of their rear bump covers and, though it was a real nice piece, it was a little unfinished and the fitment wasn't perfect. Granted this was a GT cover on a V6 but pretty sure they were interchangeable as other 6s didnt have trouble with GT covers. I still hear good things about their hoods and I would buy more of their stuff, but perfect fitment can be tough to achieve, so I have my body stuff sent to my body guy so he can receive/inspect it. If you can have your car there on arrival, even better.
If you're paying for paint, you shouldn't have to worry about finish and I would think they'd work with you if you have any fitment issues. Theyve been around awhile and these days, word of mouth moves fast. Companies know this, so I really wouldnt worry about it too much. I probably should have contacted them about my bumper, but it wasnt too bad so I just lived with it.
