Update: Roush lower grille (bar type) release date was pushed to mid-late January .

It was rescheduled several times in the last couple of months and I hope they end up releasing it in January.

CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have not been prompt in any of their 2013 parts releases. I waited for the upper grille, the chin spoiler and now the lower grille ! What is their problem ???????????

On the engine, I wanted to bring up the look along with a tune. I show the Mustang along with the T-Bird sometimes. I need some ideas on it.

Not really a fan either but not ugly. Wish I could find something a little more sporty than the GT500 valence that would fit quad tips. The Boss/CS looks so much better with more teeth.

I was going to say the same, check the Roush valance. I'm not sure if it suits quad tips though.

I've tried to look for some pictures (other than Roush pictures) and I found only one picture in this thread:

Stillen also has those chin spoilers for the 2013s
http://www.stillen.com/products/body...5E%5E%5E%5E%5E
I have one of their black chin spoilers, I got during Black Friday for $174 shipped.
It's super simple installation and combined with the CDC gt500 style upper and modified open lower grilles it looks amazing on the 2013 body style!

I wasn't the one who originally found this kit, it was on a thread over on S197, but I figured it HAD to make it into THIS thread ... lol

Gabe, I updated your post with a general link to accessories.ford.com - Since it's a genuine Ford part, anyone that wants that kit can get it from their dealership and get around that price.

The nice thing is, with a little creativity that kit can be adapted to the GT and boss 302.

--EDIT-- In fact, I'm removing the older listings that cost more.

Thanks for the info diva! It's hard to get rid of the stock fogs since they work so well but a grille and chin spoiler is such a great looking mod. My 12 was heavily modded and I miss its mean front end... Now I just have to debate if I want to do my front again or continue saving up for a blower...

The California Special splitter is EXPENSIVE! It should be around $250 at most not $500....
