Yes, it uses the tape and 14 clips to secure it in place.It also requires some cutting of the opening sort of like the trimming on the CS/BOSS rear diffuser.

 

Apparently they are going to be drop shipped from the manufacturer in the future.

With no pictures or descriptions or mention of the word "california special" I am a little hesitant. I really dont want to order and it be the wrong part or color etc.

Well now I'm torn between the two grille sets. CS or roush. I was roush all the way until I see you have to cut the lower...decisions.
