Looks good. As I'm a fan of Kona with dark trim.

Since all you did was get a smoke/black cover- was tinting the lenses ever an option? Either vinyl or paint? ... Probably save $60-75.

They were a little more than a cover, and I wish I would have taken pics of the set compared to the stock ones.

I thought about the tint, but at $20 per set, I found it pricey, and I liked being able to swap them out totally. If it were up to me, I'd get a set of full LED ones, but nobody makes them.

Keep in mind they have other options besides the fully tinted ones if you so choose.

You should paint the 5.0 emblems glossy black...

Thinking about doing them in the same color as the wheels, and painting the "." Kona to match.

Okay I bought the smoke/black rear markers to match my eBay front lights! $79 shipped from Canada

Did you guys say that these do NOT come with bulbs?

No, they don't. I went to O'Reilly and found red bulbs for $4 that worked fine.

That is disappointing for $79. At least they could have offered them as an option when ordering.

My front ones came with the bulbs already installed.

You ordered the Klearz lenses? Shoot them a message and direct them here so you get the discounted pricing on that rear set.

I don't think they come with bulbs because you may want to reuse the stock ones. They won't be the correct color, but most people probably don't care.

At $90 per set for the rear? Wow.

Besides that, if you want to show your products, do so in your own thread.

I'm an idiot...I completely forgot there was special pricing posted in the first post. D'oh!

I kindly asked if they would honor the special pricing, we'll see! Thanks for looking out.

Yeah...

Those are nice and all, but this particular thread is for a special offer from Klearz.

I spoke with Jason, and if you need to, send him a copy of this thread. That should remind him.

I also want to try and finalize this for those waiting. I know some people are waiting for more details on how to get this going, so if you're interested, please sign up.

By looking at the pictures, I can tell you that your front lenses are not the same as the Klearz. Your lenses have no surface reflector, and instead have it inside the reflector itself.

On the rear, they are not re-using the front lenses for the rear. I had a full set from them and they are indeed unique pieces.

If you want to market these, please do so in your own thread. This is not the place for that, and IMO, your showing no class by coming in this thread and plugging your own products.

Not that it matters, but i find it odd that you (Overboost) are telling people start their own threads, but just the other day, you posted in someone else's thread asking it to be merged with yours.

Bottom line is this was a thread for gauging interest in a group buy. one that didn't even pan out, right?

Klearz isn't a vendor here, and it could be poor class to post a group buy for a non-vendor as well.

Just saying...

No beef here, but I think its funny that you tell people to start their own threads and then when they do you ask the mods to have them merged with your own.

Ok I have cleaned up this thread.

Our policy is and has been that vendors can put threads up about their products, they can answer in threads pertaining to their products but it is frowned upon vendors going into threads about competitors products as it usually evolves into us having to get involved because neither party is going back down from their opinions, be it right or wrong, and causes issues on the forum.

if vendors have a problem with this, please contact me or site owner Jonf.

Are you referring to the rear diffuser thread? If so, I only asked that because the threads were virtually identical. We both had installed the same product and he even referenced my thread, so I don't see your point.

Klearz is not a vendor here, but at the time were the only ones that offered a product (rear reflectors). That's totally up to them if they choose to sign up as a vendor.
