It's off the MCA (Mustang Club of America) edition V6 Mustangs. You can get them at your dealer or from one of the Ford parts guys on this site (KC).

They are also on ebay there is a guy with an ebay store who specializes in mustang stuff has lots of decals and if im not mistaken I saw those there. I ordered some hood spears and the material isn't cheap its actually a good quality. And fair price.

 

Do you recall what the ebay sellers name was?

No problem. I had to pull teeth to get those part numbers. Finally I had to go online and get a Vin number of a MCA the guy at the parts department was nice enough to look up the build for the car and thats how he got the part numbers.
