2013 Tail Lamps on my 2011

It's very possible we won't, and if that is the case, it's okay because the pricing really is outside of our control. I can't make excuses for why parts we don't make are priced where they are, we can only offer them as a package as a service to anyone who wants to do it to help them avoid some of the grief we went through piecing it all together.
But in reality, it's not a "bad deal" compared to DIY. Go into Ford, and it's over 3500 list, and that doesn't cover modifying the trunk filler panel or making sure you have all the right parts, etc.. We busted our butt closing in on Mustang Week to make sure ours was all together, and even then, it was down to the wire to make it happen correctly, so we're helping there as well by getting it all together in a nice clean package that doesn't require a lot of legwork on the customer's part.

I just had a though regarding reflectors on a 2010-2012 install of the 2013 lights (without bumper cover).
Couldn't you have something made to made that filled in the gap *under* the lights. It doesn't even have to be a red light, but could instead be red reflective tape. It would serve two purposes, provide the reflective properties AND fill the gap.
Just a thought bubble for you...

i tried that when I put in the 13's. it looked liked sh*t. the red reflective tape is a bright red and looks horrible under the lights. I ended up cutting out a strip of plastic out of a black plastic file folder and was able to fill in the gap. it looks good and looks like it's part of the taillight IMO. I just need to redo it because the first pass was a prototype. I have the right shape and contours now. will try to post pics when I can.
have to redo it, but you get the point. not the best pic but I think this would look best with black cars.

At the moment, we're at 3200.00 + shipping for the entire swap.
That is subject to change if Ford decides to go up in price (likely) or we will be happy to pass along any savings if they go down (not too likely).
That price includes everything to do the swap, just add paint. We can do the hydroprint CF finish on the diffuser and license plate section like we have on our car for an additional cost, but are not offering the bumper pre-painted due to chance of damage in transit at this time.

If that's the case, please go ahead and contact them. I have a spreadsheet of our costs and everything, and it wasn't 1600.00 even for our car. Trust me I didn't want to spend it either, but it was the only way to get our hands on the parts. Again, we weren't trying to get rich selling Ford repair parts (they do good at that without our help), just trying to help out anyone contemplating the swap we did on our car.

That said, entire rear clips are starting to show up here and there in the used market, but they aren't much cheaper from what I've seen, although to be perfectly honest I haven't been watching the past couple of months.

If you mean the rear car harness, you are correct. But the taillights come with new harnesses because they are different than the 2010-12 version, although they have the same mating plug back to the chassis.
