This is what I have as of 15 minutes ago...

As you can see the switch back is not working as intended. It is either like that or I just have a solid led strip that dims when the headlights are on but never shut off or dim with the turn signal.

Does the led bar dim when you turn on parking light/headlights?

2013 Mustang headlight retrofit Update - YouTube

That is how mine worked when i custom wired it. Exactly the same behavior. Once I switched to the 13 GT500 harness with a 13 SJB it was all different. Don't ask me why.
I guess your best shot is to go to ebay and buy a 2013 SJB - No PMI needed, or as build update or so. they typically run like $60 bucks or so. Once you got one, DO NOT PMI it.
It fixes the high beam and the switchback,. but I couldn't figure out why. I tried to PMI a 2013 SJB and it reverted back to a 2010 halogen behavior. So don't touch it.
Make sure it is from a 2013.

The BCM-B must be really important because every time I try to program it with as built it says that it fails and I can't PMI it to a new year it just takes my current config and uses that in the "New Module". Im thinking the reason why you need a 13 sjb might be the logic and micro difference you can see in the wiring diagram, So without the SJB I can't have switch backs? Or can I use the S1 switch back driver like in the other thread I saw.

I think I will try the SJB replace if I can use the 14 box, and what kind of prep should I do to remove it just disconnect the battery? And will I need to go in and clear any dtc when I'm done?

Well I bit the bullet and jumped on this 2014 module http://www.ebay.com/itm/2010-2014-Mu...RXTx~o&vxp=mtr it is a DB not a DA not sure what the difference is but I went with DB. I hope everything goes off without a hitch. LEXiiON, hate to bother you with another question but what wire/lead do you use for you led? Im using fuse 39 and when I unlock my car the led uses the flashers and does not stay on like they should.

I'll need to find a mirror or something to check. Hard to tell running back and forth.

LEXiiON I need some massive help here. This swap does not look like it will be as simple as yours, due to the wiring harness. But I have located the 2013 source for the DRL I just can't read anything about the SJB I don't know what connector to look for or where on the smart junction box these things plug into.

My Old SJB, is missing 2 pins that the new one has, but I don't know what connector is for what when it comes to reading the diagrams for this **** thing.

The comparison of the two diagrams, 13 is in black and white and the 12/11 is in color, I don't know where to find this connector but I think I need to run wires from here to the headlights.

Small update, I have managed to figure out what connector is what and I just ran the wires to the SJB Plug F. Tomorrow I will add the connector for the headlight on the other side then it is just a waiting game for the new SJB.

Can anyone with a 2013 mustang tell me if the front side marker lamp blinks with your turn signal when the headlights and parking lights are off?

So got my SJB in, it fixed the high beam problem, but Pins 17 and 19 on the F connector in the SJB to power the LEDs are not powered, I need to find out what the deal is there or find a power source that acts the same. LEXiiON if you have any input I could use it.

I guess Im just an idiot, It turns out that the running lights don't come on with the parking brake applied (Which it was ) so it didn't work until I was about to pull the car apart and find a new power source. I went on the web and saw a forum talking about the running lights... So stupid of me , but almost everything works now, only thing that does not work is my switch back, which I am going to fix with a S1 switchback driver I had order just incase (Glad I did.) I will do a full write up on this project when I am done, But so far so go, I will let everyone know how it turns out once I am done with the switchbacks tomorrow.

Big update, I got everything working turns out I was stupid again. The cornering lamps were reversed in the sjb so the wrong drl would turn off with the signal, and I was doing the grounds wrong which was screwing me up, So my big piece of advice for anyone going this route is, CHECK and DOUBLE CHECK your grounds so they are exactly the SAME as the diagram! If you dont this will not work properly, It was luck I decided to redo the grounds or I would have spent so much time getting a aftermarket driver in just to find out i ruins something else on the car, So trust me just check everything. I will have a detailed write up soon.
