Thank you for clarifying, after today it should just be waiting for parts to come in.

What options were on the car you grabbed those GEM codes from?

I think it was a 2013 V6 premium with manual transmission.

So its been awhile remind me how to do this, once I get in I go to module programing, them PMI and select what? Then punch in the as-built codes. and follow the instructions. I also need to change my axle ratio to correct my speedometer. The car thinks it has 3.31, when it actually 2.73. Where do I go to change that?

I just punched in the as-bult codes and it does not work, LED comes on with parking light/turn signal and goes off with them, headlight comes on but when you switch to high beam it dies.

Just double checked all my wiring, I think everything is good. I do notice ford switch from Micro to logic in the SJB on the wiring diagram, but thats the only difference I see.

Anyone have any thoughts on why these are not working, it would appear that the programing might not be going through even though it says it is, because it looks like the low beams are not constantly powered when you switch to high beams, the high beams flash fast then die. So the shutter works the bulb just loses power when you switch to high beams. And the turn signal/DRL is all sorts of messed up, the DRL are not always on they mimic whatever the turn signal bulb does, maybe it was miss wiring on my part but I wired them just like the diagram, I spliced all 3 wires from the turn signal to the plugs on the headlight, 3, 5, and 14/8. So I don't know what I'm doing wrong but it is royally p*ssing me off.

So to be clear. The LED needs to be powered by the Park Lamp/Side markers. The Turn Signal wire shuts it off/ Dimms it at night. Should be pretty clear even without programming the SJB. The SJB programming is for the high beams.

Oh okay so not the turn signal... But that still leaves me with my high beams not working.

Either get the SJB PMI'd correctly or build (as I did back in the day) a custom high beam solution.

Here is how the custom works (see pic)

I don't know why its not working correctly I PMIed I punched in 3 as-builts. Does is my problem caused by the BJB? Was there anything else I had to add other than 20 Amps and a cold wire lead to for the headlights on 26 and 27? Did I need a hot wire lead or is that already there? And if I make a harness what parts do I need?

Yes and I fixed the the high beam problem with a relay, but my DRL are not working right still, maybe I wired it wrong but I connected pin 3 to the turn signal, and pin 5 to the parking light and the ground to the shared ground.

Okay, So I just got done wiring the DRL some more I have changed pin 3 and now it is drawing power from 39 in the fuse box, however my last few issues are, The switch backs don't work, it does not dim the led when the turn signal is on, however it does dim when the parking light its on. Problem 2 is on the 13+ the headlight shuts off when the turn signal is on, mine stays on when the turn signal is on.

The LED stripes should turn off when the headlights are off and turn signal is on. The headlight itself should not turn off due to turn signal operation.
