What should I expect to see in gains if I do any internals on my 2010 v6. What would I need to do after the internals to keep the car just right? And is it worth it on a v6

 

What "internals" are you talking about doing?

If you just mean going forged on the pistons/rods, then you wouldn't see any power gains unless you raised the compression ratio. And then with only the proper tuning and increased fuel octane.
