Not on a 13-up.

You do, I personally made the switch on a 2013. If you buy the grille with the surround, you're fine. I didn't, so I had to get one.

So I think you just disagreed with me for the sake of disagreeing. You didn't really read anything in the guys post. He's talking about going from v6 to GT. Not gt to gt/cs. So again, check out the posts above and be careful about spreading wrong info.

Most aftermarket grills eliminate the surround on the 13's which is why they are compatible with both.

Read this post again people. It's not completely different. Yes EXACTLY, all you need is the surround. It's not a big deal. If that's a big deal to you, you shouldn't be modifying cars...

Maybe. I'm not sure. I'm sorry. I'm a douche.

ok I just bought a 13 GT grille and surround for my V6, where exactly do the fogs mount to? I cant find a bracket or a spot on the grille to screw them into?

There is a bracket behind the stock grille that the lights mount to (3 screws each). Even if your car did not come with grille mounted fog lights it is there. The fog lights do not mount to the grille itself like older models.

Hope this helps,

Jason

Thumbs down '12 V6 Pony Package Front Grill

I'm pissed. I cannot get to the back of the Pony Emblem on the grill without taking the grill out and I the grill is attached with clips instead of bolts or push pins. I just broke one of the clips. Very cheesy and cheap. Any suggestions?

Just for future reference, also consider searching the forums by selecting the search function menu located in the upper mid-section of the home page... When the drop-down window displays, type in "grille take off and install" You should then come across a listing of thread submissions related to your specific topic...Meanwhile, welcome aboard!
