Firsthand mustang budget modding experiences

I will not take a position or make claims as though I am a subject matter expert here because I'm not. I am just here sharing my real life mustang mod experience and thoughts through the process.
When I bought my 2013 MCA edition V6 (named R.J. or Ruth Jane) in 2019 the "intake mod", like many others, was one of my first considerations. I chose to buy the Airaid Jr. system with a "performance" drop in filter for under $200 combined.
I knew (or shortly later learned) I had pinion seal, a broken roof channel cover and a cracked up antenna to be repaired/ replaced so I needed to spend less.

But later I would buy a JMS Pedalmax for acceleration lagging, a set of pre-painted (not a perfect match) quarter louvers, a boss rear sway bar (mod made since I was already replacing bushings to repair the rear clunk), installed SR lowering springs and eventually as to be expected I eventually needed to replace my pads and rotors.
I have also bought an sxt4, scx4.. whatever its acronym is!. with 3 tunes from MPT. Simultaneously uninstalling the Pedalmax (which is currently for sale). A Airaid MXP cai system for installing later. AND most recently I have had installed a 3.73 gear swap!
So all this sharing is to hopefully convey I have done a little bit of V6 mustang modding, forum reading, video watching, researching and price shopping not to mention 20+ years of jet engine mechanics, 40+ years as an amateur mechanic. I try my best, though not always successful, to make informed choices after researching and shopping.
I am a man though lol.. so if it's a close comparison, or positive outweighs the negative, I may throw it all out the window and buy which one I like best. I have been known to just walk away not buying anything (drives my wife nutslol).
Funny the whole "world of vehicle modifications" is a matter of needs and wants balancing on the scale of available funds.
While I had the rear sway bar dropped to replace bushings I included a larger sway bar which was of course a mod but with rca's w/bushing already installed on the sway bar.. would that be a repair or a mod? lol.. a category all its own I guess lol I dunno
ANYWAYS..
.
to be continued...

Part of the fun with the Mustang is, you can add things to it or nothing at all

My Louvers are Ford UA black I bought used from a local GT owner to match the UA Black on the Performance Package mirrors. Upgraded to Brembo Brakes when it was time to replace mine. Put 295/35 19 on the rear so I can corner better when I needed tires and put the Cervinis hood on when the front edge started flaking away on my stock hood. So the only mods on mine are the Louvers, CAI, headers and A/B mufflers, all the rest was needed
BTW David the Camera Spoiler was Added for safety since you know how short I am, couldn't see over the little spoiler very well

Yep, you are just a little thing. Did the knot on your head from hitting the rafters of my carport ever heal?
