Maybe?! Tomorrow I'll be doing a longer ride to my parents, maybe I can figure something out. I will try all possible speeds and see if there is a difference.

Awesome! How'd you get it fixed? Did you take it to a shop?

Yeah, I took it to a shop in town. They fixed it in about 1 hour and they gave me a few tips for the install.

Did they say lining up the marks is important? I wouldn't think that matters if the shaft is balanced properly.

<They balance them off the vehicle and they should come pre-balanced. Not that they can't get dinged in shipping (which could throw them off) but you should be able to see that.
They are a crap seller..... >

The lining doesn't matter, the driveshaft is balanced to be installed without anything special. You just have to make sure that the flange is clean and even!

And it wasn't a problem of the shipping, the way it was packed it was absolutely secure. It simply wasn't properly balanced in the beginning!

So much for Dynotech. The seller or Dynotech should reimburse you.

Well that's great news and how it should be.

Yup. It was good for them to do that.

Unfortunately I have to correct my last statement! They said they would or did already pay, but I can't find any payment on my account. I am not sure if they really care about their customers, especially when the purchase is complete?!

You should make it clear to them that bad press far supersedes what it would cost them to reimburse you.

if the refund was put on a credit card, it can easily take a week or longer to appear on your statements...

Hope it all works out.
