Considering swapping a Coyote into a 2011+ V6 Coupe?

The used 2011's on the lot were as expensive as the 2012's. I really don't care for the front/rear body treatment on the 2013, so I was limiting myself to selecting from the diminishing supply of 2012 cars (the '13s were starting to show up at the dealers).
The hard part was finding a white car. In fact, there were no dealers within 200 miles of me that had a white GT, but there were a dozen white V6's to choose from. I didn't mind that much because the V6's have reasonable power. With a trade-in I drove off the lot for $18,500. A side benefit was that the part of the $30k I was allotted that I didn't spend on the car went into cosmetic and suspension stuff that I wouldn't have been able to do if I'd gotten the V8.
So, I now have a unique car instead of one that looks like everyone elses. It is a V6 automatic, and that's really okay, but it would be really nice if it had a V8 to go with the looks.
Oh yeah - it's almost paid off. How many people with a 1-year old car can say that?

I recently spent an additional $150 in material for a homemade splitter, and $95 of that turned out to be a mistake (I bought ABS and then found out about Sintra (40% lighter and a little more than 1/4 the cost as ABS, and just as rigid). Why homemade? Because nobody makes a splitter for the 2010-12 3D-Carbon Boy Racer front fascia.
If you want to see the list, go to the link in my sig.

When I went shopping in March of 2012, I only had two requirements - it had to be white, and it had to be a 2011 or 2012, and I couldn't spend more than $30k (an amount agreed upon by me and SWMBO).

I'm not done yet, either. My "build list" on AM is at $2400, and that doesn't include a driveshaft (only because they don't have one listed for a V6).
