Using a methanol injection system is one way to safe guard & maintain a high octane level. Check out Snow products, you'll gain power & piece of mind. Be sure your tuner knows how to incorporate their systems.

If one is really worried about octane then mix a little Torco in with every fill up. The stuff flat out works. On my old car I was running over 25 lbs of boost with a twinscrew with nothing more than a mix of 93 octane and Torco. Never had any issues.

Oh, I kid. I have tended to prefer Sunoco as well over the years...but I can't think of any reason to trust the ownwers of Sunoco franchises over any other brand.
