SCT Tuner

Just wondering, I if i have to do a firmware upgrade to the tuner, Do i have to return to stock on the car first? then update the tuner, then reprogram the car?

Yes to everything in that order. I just updated my SCT's firmware yesterday when I got my new Torq tune. I believe when you do the update it actually deletes the stock tune, so you are essentially storing the stock tune back to your car until you finish the update. The update process takes a little while on your computer so be prepared.
