Which oil seperator!

I'm having a hard time deciding between he Moroso, JLT,and Bobs oil separators. Any advise would be great, I want to know which works best, I don't care about ease of install, I only care about performance.
Thanks for the help in advance TMS!

People will have different opions based on which one they bought, but I chose Bob's after quite a bit of internet reading.

Yeah, I bought the JLT before learning that the Moroso and Bob's do a better job. Bob's has color options too.

The JLT ones have been known to leak thus causing a vacuum leak. Many of us are using breathers. Zero chance of any oil getting into the intake.

Which breather are you using and do you have to make a modification to your tune, I had to modify the tune in my lightning when going to a breather, that's why I ask

My JLT one hasn't leaked yet, guess she didn't get the memo.
I did modify it to pick up more oil though, gets a lot more now.

Me too lol, but I do love when people say "tons of" "known too" on the internet.
One thing about the internet though, if it happened one time it automatically applies to every part going forward.

How did you modify it to pick up more oil?

Thanks

I'm always messing with things, but this is what I did...

The intake side (on top of that pipe) is always bone dry now and the can gets a 1/4 filled with oil every 3k miles.
Note how hard it would be for oil to jump into the hole next to it with the big metal piece in the way...
It has to now go all the way down to the bottom of the can and climb its way back up and through a filter + defying gravity which is not happening. so at the top of that tube is pretty much "oil-less" air.

Impressive. I'd never heard of problems with the JLT seperators either? Should I be looking at replacing them?

JPC ones. No change in tune needed.

Many instances on SVT. Just do a search. On the 2011+ cars they're causing vacuum leaks.

Here's a couple of examples in this thread. And there are more.

How would I be able to tell if I have a vacuum leak?

Data log your tune and send it to your tuner and they will be able to tell. That's how most have figured it out.

I'm leaning more towards the Bobs oil separator now.
I watched a test video on YouTube that was really informative.
Plus it seems like no one has anything bad to say about it, unlike every other oil separator has at least a couple negative points!

I have the Bob's on my 14 GT. I originally had a UPR can but I discovered I was still getting oil at the intake port so I did some research and everyone raved about the Bob's so I got one. I have not driven the car much since the install so I can't tell you about the performance of it yet. I like that it's solid mounted and has a drain valve on the bottom so you don't have to unscrew the can to empty it.
