Yes, you can move the video to YouTube or your PC. Then you can export the data logs to your PC. That's how I did it.

Awesome, thanks, Alex. In that case, I can delete my music from my iPhone the day before my race, use the App, move all Harry's stuff from iPhone to PC the day after my race, then re-load the music back to iPhone. Easy!

That will work. What I did was b/w sessions I overlayed the video then uploaded to my YouTube account. I then emailed myself the corresponding data log files. Then deleted all records of that session. That way I can be assured to have enough memory for the next session. A 20 minute session will require about 4GB of memory.
The app also overlays the laps individually, so you could always just overlay your good laps and delete the rest. Either way watch your usage. I have a 16GB phone but will be upgrading to the 32GB or 64GB.
