Mgw may make changes to the shifter, they might change the shifter box to a two piece, so that it can be opened and greased, replace bushings etc

It's not that bad buddy. Hopefully we didn't scare you. Trust me, I was scaring myself the more I researched it...but once I got going on it, it wasn't that bad. Do you have a buddy to help out? I am sure you will install it just fine.

I'm sure I'll do fine too lol. I could probably get a buddy to help but I'd rather not bother anyone. Probably give it a go alone first. Any Specific out of ordinary tools that are needed?

PS Lots of mods rolling in now, got all LEDs for the whole car coming. Koni's and ultralites, and probably soon after an X pipe and then CAI/tune. oh and probably going to remove the resonators to see how i like it

LED's for whole car? cool. I just put hoen's on my fogs (you see my thread?).

As far as resonators, I keep thinking about it, but, only thing is it's permanent. If I don't like how it sounds or want them back on, I have to get them rewelded with an extra piece of tubing.

I was thinking they could just be welded back in?!!? If they cut them off with about 3" of pipe in each end should it be good to pop back in?

Yeah I got LED map, reverse, license plate, and all 4 marker lights. Dont know If I'll do the markers if they are that hard to change. Those bulbs were cheap anyway.

Let me know how you like the reverse lights. I've been thinking about getting those too now that I have my tint. Where did you order them from?

VLEDS, but I refused to pay $100 for those obnoxiously bright ones. I bough the ones like 3 under that. 5k 38 led the ones on sale and discontinued for 12 a pair. They should be plenty bright, plus I dont want blue at all so I needed a 5k

Hey I know you watched the video a ton of times so youll remember. That part where he says you'll need a union/swivel on the end of the extension to get to a bolt that seemed kinda hidden..... Did u end up needed that?! Cause I just looked and I don't have one laying around.

Nm I actually found one but prob won't need it.

Well first few steps completed. Didn't start as early as I wanted to. Weather is light rain almost a mist and don't wanna lay on wet ground and then back into car. First few steps done.
