Made the switch to Steeda!

I purchased the JLT intake two years ago as my first mod. Months later I decided to put the car on the rollers for a custom tune. With the can tune netted 371hp. Custom brought me up to 395/371tq.. I was never satisfied with the product though. Too many issues. So last week i pulled the trigger on the Steeda cai with their email 93 tune. Wow...this thing pulls harder and a much faster throttle response. On hard pulls first and second seem useless. Great product! With this tune my car seems quiter maybe due to the idle being set lower (6-700 rpm's vice 900 custom). Screams once I get on it. Once again great product!

Very nice. JLT makes over priced crap. I feel for any one that invest in their products. Steeda never disappoints.

If one of my local spots has a Dyno session I'll throw her on there, prior to heading to the west side!

Lots of MAF turbulence. It was there Carbon fiber CAI. The fiber was loose and ruff on the inside with burs and frills of fiber strands everywhere. The layers didn't even seat together. The MAF Can't get a clean signal like that. Car would buck at mid throttle and power surged on and off. WOT and very light throttle was fine but anything else and the car was miserable to drive. I know allot of other people with the same complaints about there 5.0 Cai. I had one of there CAIs on my last Mach1 as well. It never fit right and the **** thing melted to my Freakin valve cover. That is one company that will never see another dime of my money.
